La Mancha Health Retreat is situated in one of the most picturesque areas of the Tropical North Coast of New South Wales. The 18 acre property is located about midway between the towns of Lismore and Ballina on the plateau overlooking the Nightcap Range.
Accommodation is in basic but comfortable rooms with private bathrooms. Each room opens on to a verandah with beautiful rural views and positioned to catch the early morning sun. There are extensive lawns and gardens and the property abounds with bird-life.
