The property is situated between an old dairy farm and one of the few remaining wetland areas of New South Wales. The guesthouse has many sitting areas throughout the residence all of which boast great views of the landscape and the Great Dividing Range. The cottage also has a dam close by which is a sanctuary for an array of bird life. There are many areas on the property to relax with a book, go for a stroll, or indulge in a picnic and enjoy the scenery.
