Spread out on acres of beachfront land with private access to pristine Peregian Beach and no roads to cross, our free standing 2 storey beach houses have been designed to capture the essence of a Queensland beach holiday - the way it used to be. With large open plan living areas (most with ocean views) and north facing decks on both levels, the architect designed houses can cater for couples up to groups of 8 people. There is undercover parking, a lagoon pool, BBQs and tennis court.
The local shops, clubs and pub are within walking distance.
