Very poor customer service. I booked thru Booking.com and gave my confirmation number when i arrived. They said they could not find it so manager said they had rooms and just go ahead and book him in. When i received invoice, it was not for the price i booked. It was DOUBLE the price i booked thru booking.com. When i asked, they said I was lucky to get a room (after he said they had rooms and signed me in on arrival) and that they were not going to do anything about it (exact words). They had employee problems during my stay and my room was not cleaned for 2 of my 5 days. Because of the price i thought i had booked, i let it go. I could have booked a much higher rated hotel for the price i paid here. Rooms were musty but again, i overlooked due to pricing. I also overheard other customer that were irate when they were leaving the hotel during the week. Stay away from this hotel or take your chances.
