Shout out to the fine folks at Epic Air Kauai for getting us in for a last minute open door flight over Kauai. My family and I (3) traveled to Kauai early Dec with intent of hiking ever day, mother nature put a kibosh on that with heavy rains closing most trials. I called Epic Air to try and schedule a flight (yes weather was making it questionable) The staff was wonderful, initially I committed to 5 seats so I could meet the minimum. Epic Air was able to find an additional 3 folks and I was refunded my two empty seat purchases. With 6 folks total had a full bird, again open door which is the way to go. While a bit overcast in some areas this was an amazing experience, this is the way to see Kauai. Our pilot did a great job on filling us in on history, natural geographic features and point outs of some great spots to check out. I had the rear right seat (behind pilot) and this was great, again I spent most of the time with a big grin, saying yep this beats hiking. Thanks again Epic Air for working with us to get this memory.

Was a can’t miss experience. Saw so much of the island. The doors off really made the experience. Saw dolphins and a whale. Pilot was very knowledgeable.

I booked this experience with my mom on our first trip to Kauai and it was incredible. Our pilot Kirby was awesome and very knowledgeable about the island. I felt safe throughout the flight. The views were absolutely amazing and would do this again!

When the copter banked and gave us a greater view from ground to sky. Also realizing the vastness of the island “jungle “.

Amazing way to see Kauai! The doors off tour was a great way to experience the island! Definitely great for thrill seekers, especially for those who sit on the sides! The staff was amazing and made it even better.

Such a fun experience! Kelby was an excellent pilot and gave us a great flight! I especially loved the playlist that went along perfectly with what we were seeing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Kauai!

Brody was amazing! It was pretty windy on the day of our flight, but Brody made us feel more at easy. He was very knowledgeable of the island history. I would recommend the doors off tour over any other hands down!

The office staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Our pilot was great, with a lot of local knowledge and stories of where we were flying. We would have gone a second time if we were able. Would most definitely fly with them again

Adam was our pilot and he was great! Doors off is the way to go!. We saw dolphins and a whale which was exciting on top of the incredible views and canyons you fly through.
