We had a fabulous transfer from our hotel in Manhattan, our driver Emile was brilliant, our pilot Manuel put us at ease (i was very nervous) and gave us a tour of a lifetime, Anna who dealt with my many queries was brilliant as well. We cannot recommend Wings Air highly enough, superb value for money, a memory to treasure, thank you all!!

Hello We took 45 min private tours around NYC. Great experience. Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Loved every second of the tour!

They made me wait 40 min , with out explanation, I booked the trip special to see the sunset, and of course I can not see it because of the 40 min delay

Viator makes the transaction part of this experience seamless! Against my better judgment I used another company and it was a complete scheme. We got emails from a bot server to the minute 24 hrs before departure that simply stated "we have to cancel due to equipment rotation" and we got zero refund. All correspondence from that company was limited and sent from auto generated responses. Hours, and I mean less than 12 hours later, we booked through Viator for a similar flight. Viator emailed confirmation, sent waivers in advance, texted us updates and even texted us directions to the airport we were to fly out of. The flight was amazing, we were treated kindly from the start to the landing and the staff at the aiport location was great. I have used Viator before for a Vegas flight and won't use anyone else from now on. Great company, and they fully back their services. Trust your gut, the other guys are looking to simply fill flights or generate income through automatic cancellations. Thank you Viator for making our trip!

This was an absolutely unbelievable experience! My girlfriend & I chose the 45 minute tour, and it was everything we could ask for and more. Having the helicopter to ourselves was absolutely the right move, and our pilot Kevin was friendly & knowledgeable. We saw everything from NYC & beyond including the Empire State Building, One World Trade Center and the State of Liberty. We flew right above, next to and around everything multiple times and were able to take mind-blowing pictures and videos of it all. Tip: we chose the 5pm tour in Feb, and we’re able to witness the city during golden hour/sundown and when the lights came on by nightfall. It was the perfect time! This was absolutely worth every penny - truly an experience we will never forget.

I wanted to make something special and unique for my boyfriend’s 35th birthday. I was searching on my phone for different activities, but any of those didn’t catch my attention as when I found private helicopter tour with Viator. I knew this would be a perfect surprise for him and definitely cool experience for both of us, as we have never experienced flying the helicopter before. When I booked our flight, I didn’t say anything until the day we were supposed to leave to Westchester. He felt something is going to be magical, but when he found out he almost didn’t go, I have to admit, both of us were very nervous, and the same time excited. Our hearts were pounding as never before, but thank you to our pilot, he made everything smooth. As soon as we were up in the air our fear disappeared. Breathtaking views of all bridges, Yankee stadium, NJ, beautiful NYC night, streets of Manhattan, the Lady, the Wall Street, Time Square, Ground Zero, etc; it looked so different, so beautiful from up above it’s impossible to even describe our feelings and emotions .... we were so happy we had such an amazing time up in the air. Moreover, our young pilot was very friendly, he even convinced my boyfriend of taking courses to get a license. I was very surprised when in the first place he wasn’t so sure he wanted to do this, but after such an unforgettable moment and experience after we landed, he got super excited and told me - I want to do this again and I want to try to get pilot license. ))) We talked hours after our helicopter tour... Still can’t believe we did this. 45 min fright went by too fast.... but the more is yet to come. Hoping to do this again by watching sunset with my loved one! On behalf of my boyfriend and I, we wanted to say huge thank you to all the team from Viator! For listening to every detail we requested, and providing us with the best experience of our first, but not least helicopter tour! It was definitely worth it! We can’t wait to see you again! We had the most amazing experience with this company....booked in advance via TripAdvisor before we arrived in NYC. Wanted the exclusivity of a private tour (as I’d planned to propose to my partner) and we were not disappointed with the customer service and the overall experience. Our original booking for the 30 December had to be cancelled owing to heavy rain and strong winds but we were offered an alternative flight on New Years Day (company don’t normally open on NYD) which we took. Lance our pilot was brilliant....for 30 mins he enthralled us with his dry sense of humour and knowledge of NYC from the air. Spectacular views of all the great city landmarks culminating in my proposal to my partner as we circled the Empire State Building.....truly memorable in every way!! A special note also to Paulo, our driver, very knowledge and thoroughly professional. We will most definitely fly with you again!! Thankyou for an unforgettable experience....🎉🎉🌇🌇
