  The whole evening was wonderful. The dinner and service was excellent. The cruising around the bay as smooth, allowing a different view of the bay's surroundings. Seeing the Holiday parade from the deck of the ship was a totally different experience. I have recommended this venue to others for their dining and local cruising enjoyment. I have also done the 4th of July cruise and thoroughly enjoyed it.

  The staff on board was great: attentive, kind, fast, and hardworking. The food however was subpar. 7 people in our party had said the steak was terrible, the mashed potatoes were not well seasoned, and the “seasonal vegetables” were only two pieces of asparagus which were also very flavorless. I myself had the vegetarian and I agree with their comments on the potatoes and asparagus. My portobello was delicious however it was very small and left me hungry. The kids said the macaroni and cheese was watery and the chicken was soggy and tasteless. The shrimp was good along with the salad, bread, cheesecake, and cookies for the kids. They could not decorate for the holiday cruise which is in part why we booked our birthday party there and we were not told until the Friday before boarding. They did not offer anything complimentary to make up for this (perhaps free soda or the picture). Finally, I had called several times a week earlier and was told I could order appetizers on board and that coffee, tea, water, and soda were included. We received a bill for drinks which they kindly took care of due to what I was told but we could not order appetizers on board.

  Booked to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Our server Christian was attentive and friendly; food was cooked to order. Very nice experience

  The menu said for vegetarian was "Grilled Portobello Mushroom". Instead we received fried tofu. When we inquired, we were told that it was a substitute because they "ran out" of the mushrooms. How can you run out of an entre when you are required to request it in advance? To compensate, they brought another salad and two scoops of mashed potatoes and more side vegetables. All of this for a cost of $287.17..... they did not seem to care. This is WRONG and you should avoid this cruise and company.

  Over all, the experience was wonderful. I was disappointed in the meal. The prime rib was way over cooked and dry. your ship was bigger and cleaner than your competitor...Thank you for a good time.

  We were looking forward to having an experience that would be memorable and compared to the price of dinner we paid ($$372.54 for the cruise dinner) which was a huge disappointment. I ordered the Shark fish which was a very small in portion (and I'm not a big eater), it had no flavor, also overcooked. We were charged over $74.74 for our 2.5-year-old grandsons' dinner which apparently did not eve include any drink such as juice or milk. We had ordered the chicken tender and mac & cheese, which was very dried and got Pene pasta instead of mac and cheese, not to mention by the time we received the food it was cold. The only positive thing I have to say was the server I believe his name was Sergio who was very kind and did his best and apologized and brought some watermelon and juice for my grandson as well as had the chef remake his chicken tender. Honestly, we were expecting a 5 star meal instead it felt like a meal at a diner quaity.

  The food was not good at all. Was very disappointed. I had the surf and turf and the shrimp was alright. Steak had no flavor. I got one asparagus that was pretty good and two small carrots along with purple mashed potato’s which were so hard and crumbly and just gross no flavor. We also had the fish dish which was completely dry. No one around us are there meals and we all had the same complaint about the food. It was our anniversary so it really bummed me out to have this be so bad because we canceled plans to a 5 star restaurant to go the harbor cruise dinner. Huge disappointing mistake.

  The service was a little slow. The surf and turf was not worth $20. I had three shrimp and filet mignon

  The view of the city, and the ease in which the ships commander ordered the vessel to turn to port three times. I also enjoyed the waiters and a promo start time. Was not to thrilled with the potatoes which where purple in color and the cheese cake with pumpkin spice, not a fan. Other than that it's was awesome.

  The food could have been cooked well done. I was very disappointed. We were sitting at the lower end for what I paid they didn’t give me a choice , were to sit. We were placed by then entrance of the boat. Not a good experience as the noise of the engine was bad.
