The cruise was amazing.. the boat was very nice and the views were breathtaking. Everyone aboard had a good time.

Booked a 6pm Trip, the last tour is at 4.30pm ...... Got a taxi down there and wasted time and money for nothing.

The trip started out well. However, when we headed back to the dock the captain of the boat ran the boat onto the dock throwing people into tables and on the floor. No staff came to check on anyone to see if they were ok. They seemed to be most interested in tell people about how they accept tips.

Tour guide not very friendly and couldn't be bothered with people except when she wanted people to buy souvenirs or photos and then didn't even wish us a good day

The boat definitely needs an upgrade Very old. The boat was on time and also was very close up to the Statue of Liberty

Had a great time , small boat but enhough room , did not feel overwhelm ! Crew is friendly ! Tour Gide is very knowledgeable !

The narrator was authentic and lively. The staff was so sweet. Lastly the boat was decorated abundantly and felt very festive. I highly recommend it!

We had a blast! Two moms, kids, quick trip, inexpensive souvenirs, a glass of wine… and an incredible view of the Statue of Liberty. Employees were friendly, the music was great. Awesome experience for the price!

It was difficult to find parking and the cruise, at the end we couldn’t get into the boat. There was no one near the entrance to give orientation about the location of the cruise. After we found the place there was no one to give orientation about ways to help us out.

2/5 stars for me. I was charged 60 dollars for two tickets. On the day of the cruise, a couple in front of us purchased tickets on the spot for 20 dollars each. The boat needs major updating. The only seats available were inside, and who wants to sit inside, when the whole point is to see the Statue of Liberty. It is supposed to be a "guided" tour but all that entailed was a recording that you can't even hear. Will be rebooking elsewhere when we want to come back and get a true guided tour.
