The Cave of the Winds takes you 175 feet deep in the Niagara Gorge. We provide a poncho and specialized footwear to wear while you walk through The Hurricane Park.(opens approximately around MAY To Nov for tourist).
During Off seasons we replace the cave of walk with the niagara gorge walk due to cave walk being closed during off Season.

I couldn't understand the tour guide. The maid of the mist was really quick. The bus was packed- NO SOCIAL DISTANCING respected whatsoever.

Be prepare to have a lot of fun and get wet. The cave of the wind was amazing and the Boat ride was breath taking. Our guide was funny and knowledgeable my parents and I loved being a part of Dale’s family. I highly recommend this tour.

The Niagara experience was fun! Our tour guides(rocky and jimmy) were hilarious! And having everything pre planned out for us made our trip so easy and stress free! They gave us enough time for everything and showed us right where to meet back with the group! 10/10, would recommend to a friend!

Well, it's basically as advertised. They'll pick you up and show you where to go with regard to the Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, etc. Maybe a little walking tour over to the horseshoe falls viewing area, but really it's so you don't have to get your own tickets and deal with that. It's really set for out of country guests, rather than those from the US, or anyone familiar with traveling and sights. The main issue is the Maid of the Mist and the poor management therein, which doesn't really have anything to do with Viator, other than at 9p the night before our scheduled 12:30p the next day tour they needed to pick us up at 8:45a so that the line wasn't too long for Maid of the Mist. Well, it was still 2+ hours long and it's certainly a racket as some people simply skipped the line, while others waited. I thought we'd be among the ones who didn't have to wait, but that wasn't the case. A little communication about the line would have been nice. Cave of the Winds is a timed thing, so you get a slot and go. Why Maid of the Mist is being run with a single boat, and a cattle call rather than assigned boats and times is beyond me. Watching the speed in which the Canadian side did theirs with two boats and less people per boat, was an exercise in and of itself in matters of efficiency. The management plays the game of wait behind this and that line, but only when it is convenient for them. Just silly. Again, not the fault of Viator, but they didn't prepare us for a 2-hour wait in line. Further on the communication, which was very minimal, just let people know so that they can prepare. Maybe we'd have brought snacks for the kids or something. Realistically, the review is as follows: Maid of the Mist trip itself 5 stars Maid of the Mist line and management of operation 1 star Cave of the Winds itself 5 stars VIator as a tour guide 3 stars. -Any more communication would have taken them higher.
