The tour was perfect! We got incredible photos and got to see many things we wanted and things we didn’t know we wanted to see! Randy was amazing and really recommended him in any tour!!

Randy our tour guide was great and went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. We got take incredible pictures and he knew a lot about the area and took us to locations that we didn’t know existed.

Great tour! The tour guide, Randy, was very knowledgeable and took us to many different places, even down Lombard St.! He took us everywhere! We were even able to see the house from the movie, Mrs. Doubtfire! Thank you Randy!

Because we were a small group we toured in a car which made it possible for us to access many locations a bus couldn't. Michael, our guide was a fountain of information, very well versed in architecture and history. It was a very comprehensive tour!

We signed up for this tour at the last minute after our scheduled tour was cancelled, and we were so happy that we did! Randy, our driver/guide, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to our particular interests and needs. As the only four people on the tour, we could ask all the questions we wanted and see some sites not usually on the tour. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see most of the major sites in San Francisco in less than four hours.

The tour description clearly stated hotel pick up which was part of the reason we booked this tour as we did not have a car. The day of the tour we were told he wouldn’t pick us up at the hotel and we were on our own to get to union square which was no where near where we were staying. We did get there on time but the driver was 20 min late with no apology or explanation. The driver also seemed very confused about how many people he was suppose to have on the bus and called out names numerous times. He made many disparaging remarks about the city, traffic, etc so not really sure why he chose to be a tour guide. After 3 hours of long boring stories about neighborhoods we asked to get off the bus near our hotel so we could walk back.
