This was the best vacation I every had. We took the Grayline Services and Tour Guide, Debbie was the best that made my tour better, she knows her stuff I learned a lot about Niagara Falls, her Customer Services skills are awesome, I already referred her to other people that was going to take the tour. Something I will never forget.

We took GrayLine's service & our Tour guide was Mr. Larry & we were His LEGENDS 😊 He has given us a GREAT TIME with a GREAT TOUR!!!! On 08/12 in the PM our guide for the Canadian side was George M. He was very helpful in providing instructions to us on clearing customs during the border crossings. He told us some of the lore and history of the area. We toured behind the falls, the Skylon, the whirlpool from the Canadian side, and had Poutine Fries & ketchup potato chips at The Hungry Moose Food Court. Our last stop was at the duty free shop and a view of the fireworks from the Canadian side. On 08/13 (AM) our guide on the American side was Prady. He also was very knowledgeable and told us some of the lore and history of the area. We toured the Cave of the Winds (awesome), the Maid of the Mist (awesome), the whirlpool from the American side, and had lunch at a street vendor. Prady really knew the lay of the land. The two tour guides were like the "Odd Couple". George (Oscar) - Fairly laid back which created a relaxed atmosphere. - He told corny jokes. - Was less organized than Prady. Prady (Felix) - Type A personality; however, this kept us on a tight schedule and helped us avoid wait times. - Extremely organized. - More serious one of the two. - Prady showed a lot of restraint and professionalism when he was confronted by a competitor tour company's driver who opened Prady's driver door of the fan, shouted at him, and then slammed the door shut in Prady's face. The other driver was discourteous. The passengers on our bus thought he was going to punch Prady. Way to be the better person Prady.

We booked their Shared Wonder tour. The tour consisted of two parts: the American Side was part 1 and the Canadian side was part 2. The American Side of the falls tour was scheduled for 8:15 AM to 2:15 PM. The Canadian Side tour was scheduled to start at 5:15 PM giving us three hours to rest and get some food. However, the tour on the American side ran over the scheduled time by three hours and we did not return to our hotel until 5:20 PM. Of course we expressed our concern to our American side tour guide. We were disappointed that we had lost our break time and our time to eat, but we still wanted to take the Canadian side part of the tour. When we inquired of our guide for the American Side tour he contacted the driver for our Canadian Side Tour. He told us that she said not to worry as she would pick us up last. Our party of three was the only one on the American Side Tour that was also taking the Canadian Side Tour. Yet we were dropped off at our hotel next to last! After being dropped off at our hotel we waited in the hotel lobby for the Canadian Side Tour. At 6:45PM we called Grey Line. They told us that the Canadian Side Tour guide had tried to pick us up and it was not possible to return. We were also told that Grey Line would not issue us a refund for the Canadian Side Tour. At that point I informed Grey Line that I would be putting the entire cost of the Shared Wonder Tour in contest with my credit card company. None of the possible explanations reflect well on Grey Line. Either our American Side Tour guide lied to us regarding his conversation with our Canadian Side Tour guide or the Canadian Side Tour guide forgot her commitment to pick us up last and she tried to pick us up before we were dropped off from the American Side Tour. Gray Line encourages patrons to book this two part tour. They need to insure that they are able to deliver it.
