The Staff was awesome and very accommodating! The bikes were very new and absolutely smooth and very responsive. Could have not have gone any better and we were a group of 5 adults.

This was my husband and my 1st time on an E-Bike so were just a little nervous but the assistant mgr Evan and their mechanic AJ took the time to really fit us both on bike that were just right for us. My 71 yr old husband is slightly physically challenged and they both were concerend with his comfort and saw to it that he was absolutely comfortable and felt at ease with his bike. My husband was not comfortable on the bike that they provided for me. They pulled out a couple more models and finally put him on one they normally do not use as rentals as they are the top of the line models but because he was most comfortable on it, they wanted him us it. We had purchased a Groupon and although it took quite awhile getting fitted with bikes, safety lock and helmets instructions etc... they did not start our time until we were ready to ride. They gave thorough instructions on how to use the bikes and suggestions on were to ride safely. They both were the most friendly, helpful and above and beyond accommodating guys!! They are located near the beach so we rode a few block on the busy street which made us a little nervous, but we got down and rode along the Santa Monica bike path right on the beach where we felt comfortable and safe. We rode to Venice beach and back and had a great time.

Great experience and worth the time and money. The pedigo bikes allow you to tour the area without breaking a sweat. Bikes are clean and work well, staff is very friendly and helpful.

We were met with great, and knowledgeable, customer service when we picked up our E-bikes today! We were given a quick tutorial on how the bikes work, as well as an overview of “the strand”. The bikes were awesome! We rode over 45 miles and had plenty of charge. I’m fact, we only used 1 bar of the battery life over the course of the day. Awesome experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a great day rental E-bike!!

So great to have pedal assist as we rode around Santa Monica. The bike are very powerful and went up the hills with ease! Great for getting around and checking out all the stuff around Santa Monica.

They had my bike ready to go so quickly and were super welcoming when I arrived. They were even able to accommodate my furry four legged friend. The bikes are so easy to use it really made putzing down Venice Beach super enjoyable! Will make this my go-to for bike rentals... might even think of buying one from them!

From the minute we were greeted to the end of our ride the service was very friendly and knowledgeable. The bikes were in perfect condition. Will definitely rent here again.
