This is NOT the correct address. Admission is included in price. The scenic drive from Anchorage 2.5 Hours. We make several stops along the way and are know to see lots of wildlife. You will spend up to 3 hours on the Glacier.

We provide a 2.5 hour guided tour to and from Matanuska Glacier. Total travel approximately 250 Miles.

DEPARTURE & RETURN

Traveler pickup is offered
WE DO NOT PICK UP AT THE ALYESKA HOTEL. We pickup and drop off at a location of your choice within the City Bowl (10 mile radius) We confirm the night before and followup with specific details the morning of. Rest assured we let you choose the best location for you.

- We will contact you no later than 7:30pm on the night before your adventure.
- We will contact you at 7:00 am and provide you with a specific time of arrival.
- All pick-ups are scheduled between 7:00am and 8:00am.
- If you are not contacted the night before by 7:30pm/am

Knowledge of the host. He explained all of the areas we when thru. Great experience. He alway showed and provided in great detail the areas as we traveled thru them.

The view of the glacier is gorgeous! Astonishing beauty. And Russ is nice, responsible, and humorous. He really gives us a wonderful travel experience.

If you do want to book this agency, make sure you call several days before the tour. They canceled the trip and forgot to tell me, it’s almost impossible to find another agency at the very last minute.

Great tour! Russ shared lots of good information about Anchorage and Alaska while we drove to glacier. He also stopped by multiple breathtaking viewing spots for us to take pictures.

We recently took a glacier walk, my adopted daughter and I. It was well organized. The driver contacted us the night before and in the morning kept us informed before he came. He set up our lunch on the way out, was a safe driver, and very courteous. We ended up getting a guide for just the two of us near the glacier as the both of us could not keep up with the youngsters. Was a very informative and fun trip. It will be roughly a 2 mile round trip if you just want to get on the glacier; otherwise more likely to be 4 miles, which may be a bit much if you're older or have foot/leg/knee issues, as both of us did. Rather than crampons, the center at the glacier uses microspikes, which are easier to get on and off and work well.

Amazing experience! Our driver Demetrius was very nice, friendly and accommodating. The glacier hike itself was amazing. It was a great experience all around and I would definitely go on this tour again

This was such a great hike! It was light to moderate, and the weather was perfect for the trek. Being on top of the glaciers is a remarkable experience.

Let me start off by saying that the ACTUAL glacier walk tour and the guy who the the guide while walking the glacier was super cool and undoubtably knowledgable. It was definitely awesome! My wife and I were walking on the glacier itself and learning facts about glaciers. The reason I'm giving this review a 3 star is because it was a rip off purchasing from Viator. I pretty much dropped approximately $600 worth of transportation, when you can drive yourself to the location. The driver was polite, but didn't say a LICK OF CONVERSATION in the almost 2 hr drive. To be honest I don't even know his name. We drove for 2 hr without any fun facts about Alaska. Furthermore, according to this Viator "what's included" there was suppose to be "snacks" and "lunch" included. Well, there was a stop to get lunch which I paid out of my own pocket. Not even offered a bottle of water. Sorry, but this was a waste of money when later we discovered that the walking tour itself was approx. $30-$50. Never again and I don't recommend this particular Viator tour.
