I did a chat online with a representative the night before purchasing tickets and specifically asked questions about the hop on hop off bus tour. I wanted to make sure that we would be able to hop on and off at the La Quinta hotel(which showed to be a stop on the route) and I was assured that we could. After waiting over 30 minutes at the stop and no bus showing up, I called only to be told they don't pick up there due to construction. I told him it would have been nice had someone told me that, as I would not have chosen that hotel to stay at. We ended up having to walk about 6 blocks to catch the nearest bus stop as I was trying to avoid paying for parking as it is very expensive in San Antonio. I paid $12 and $16 on 2 other occasions during our stay, both under 2 hour parking time, when we drove to go eat somewhere.

When the driver pulled out and could not make his turn and hit the brick flower barrier and almost hit a truck, I was worried. Then the bus would not move and traffic piled up behind us. We were told to get off the bus and take the next one but seeing how this bus was blocking traffic, the other bus was stopped also. Not a good experience. Wasted our money.

The tour was a fabulous way to see the sights of San Antonio. Because you can get on and off frequently, it keeps you from having to find places to park and remembering where you parked! Yesterday, my husband and I were trying to decide a place for dinner. Our driver, KAT, recommended a place for us very close to the station. When she realized it was closed, she ran after us to let us know. We all walked back to the loading area together and found another restaurant! KAT went out of her way to help us! Thank you so much KAT (Beattyville)!

We had a wonderful time in San Antonio. The open top bus was our main way to see the city. Our driver, Kat, was fun and very helpful. Thank you!

Went on a quick solo trip from New York and decided to take a bus tour to get a general picture of San Antonio. I was fortunate enough to ride with Kat, who not only was knowledgable and had tons of personal insights about the city, but was also very funny. Kat even took the time to chat with me during her break and share some extra historic details about the hotel I was staying at downtown.

We bought the 2 day pass for the hop on circulator. On our first pass we found out about a number of places that we eventually visited. Since the buses come every 30 minutes, we essentiality used the service as transportation during our stay in San Antonio. All of our drivers were good, but Tony and Robert truly stood out.

First time to San Antonio and I wanted to see the city so I booked a 48 hour city sightseeing tour with this company. Included a river boat ride and admission to the Tower of the Americas and bonus- the third day was free! What made the experience better was the bus driver Robert B! Soooooo funny! On the second day I specifically looked for Robert but he was off that day :( On the free third day, what an awesome surprise when I got picked back up after getting BBQ at Augies that he was driving the bus!! Thank you Robert for making the tour a memorable adventure-Flip phone!

5 ⭐️. The staff was cool. Tour guide BC was funny and informal. The tour really gave our getaway life. Would highly recommend it. Start early, stay on the bus the entire first trip so you can see all the route stops, wear comfortable shoes, and use the scooters 🛴 lol.
