Definitely book with this company! Our family ages 8-74 really enjoyed “flying” through the Everglades hunting for alligators. I am challenged and need a cane to walk. Great care was taken to help me get safety in and out of the airboat. Captain Bill was very knowledgeable, fun and kid sensitive. Wondering about adding this to your itinerary… do it now!

Captain Bill makes this trip! Early morning tour was beautiful weather and very scenic. Captain Bill made sure that we were comfortable before we departed and as we traveled. The 2 hour tour was a perfect amount of time. What fun to ride over the grass in the powerful airboat!!! The boat was so nicely prepared … clean with comfortable seating and storage available. Pre-trip communications were outstanding from advice while booking to re-arranging when bad weather was anticipated. Our questions were answered before we even anticipated them. 3rd generation Everglades veteran infuses personal experiences. TOP NOTCH CHOICE!!!

Captain Bill does private tours, so it was just the three of us. He knows the everglades like the back of his hand and could spot alligators even if all you could see was their eyes! He stopped for us to see them, or turned around if we missed them. He taught us about them, the birds of the everglades and the eco-system! He has a true passion for the glades, animals and environment. He was very safe on the boat and got us back before a storm rolled in. Our teenage daughter said it was "awesome"....so you KNOW it had to be wonderful if you can impress a teenager and she had to get up early to go on the 7:30a.m. ride! We would go on his tour again in a heartbeat!

Captain Bill was so much fun. He has so much knowledge about the Everglades history, wildlife and ecosystem. He stops to talk about the wildlife and has a great sense of humor through the whole tour. This was a “bucket list” item for my husband and Cypress Outdoor Adventures made it a memorable trip! One of our favorite parts is seeing how much he really cares about the environment in the Everglades and stops every time he sees balloons or trash and picks it up! This trip is a MUST DO if you are in the area! Captain Bill is truly one in a million and we will definitely book again with him soon!

My family of 6 did a private tour with Captain Bill this past week and we had a fantastic time. It was the highlight of the entire trip for all of us! Captain Bill was prompt, courteous, fun-loving and an excellent tour guide. About 5 minutes in, we saw a huge 12’ long alligator and saw many, many more alligators during the two hour tour. We also saw numerous beautiful birds, fish, turtles, unparalleled scenery and even the remnants of a downed plane! Captain Bill is very well spoken and is also well versed in the Everglades ecosystems, land usage and conservation. He explained how he hunts, fishes, does boat rescues and has spent a significant amount of time in the Everglades with his father and grandfather. Contact was easy and thorough. If you are in the area and are looking for an airboat tour, we highly recommend this one. You won’t be disappointed!! Thank you again, Captain Bill!

My husband and I took an airboat tour through the everglades with Captain Bill. It was fantastic! He was fun to be with and SO knowledgeable. We saw alligators, turtles, fish, and flocks of beautiful birds. We had two different groups of friends visiting us and he was so informative and enjoyable that we actually went out with him twice in a week!! I highly recommend this great tour to anyone who would like to have a wonderful experience in the everglades.

Wonderful ride through the everglades in a clean airboat with a very interesting and fun captain. Highly recommend the two hour ride as there is so much to see. The ride itself is fun, but interesting stories and wildlife make it a great adventure for all ages. This was not my first airboat ride experience but was definitely one of the best.

I would highly recommend doing an airboat tour with Captain Bill! Such a fun and unique activity - the kids loved it too! Captain Bill is super knowledgeable about all things Everglades so you’ll learn something too :-)

What a wonderful trip! Captain Bill gave us (my parents-late 60s, kids-9 and 12, and me) such an informative and amazing tour of the Everglades! He was very knowledgeable and made sure we were prepared and comfortable! I'd highly recommend this trip to anyone looking to have two fun hours in Florida- great for all ages!
