Edward was the nicest driver from Hansom tours. He recommended a great place to eat named Sol on our way back to the city. Darioush was my favorite winery of the day with great wine and those delicious pistachios that I don’t typically eat!! Phil of Darioush made my birthday experience even better. A tour must when I return to the valley. Drink water in between people… 😩

Our tour was amazing! We were picked up/dropped off at our hotel in union square which made it so easy. Our driver, Kyle, was very fun and knowledgeable about SF and Napa. He made our experience so much better. Having a private driver who knows the way Napa ‘works’ is the way to go. 10 out of 10!

I took my mom on this trip for her 70th bday. Edward was excellent and added harmony to this harmonious experience. He made us feel comfortable and even recommended one of our fav wineries

This was our 1st trip to Napa and it was our Honeymoon. We had Lonny as our private driver and let me just say it was the most perfect day! Lonny was super knowledgeable and friendly and we would definitely book with him again.

We had driver Lonny drive us from SF to three vineyards in Napa and we even stopped in between for lunch. Outstanding and attentive service by Lonny. He dropped us right at every venue and guided us through the venues and was thereby when we exited from every venue. We were family of 4 and the car was very comfortable and clean. We even got to stop at several scenic spots for photos! Lonny was mask on at all times in the car

We had a great time with Kyle. Great driver and super fun to be around! He picked us up promptly at the agreed time at our hotel. Fun conversations from San Francisco to Napa! He was very knowledgeable about the area, which was a pleasant surprise since we thought we only ordered car service. We opted for the SUV. The car itself was very roomy, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I am not a car person so did not really pay attention to which car it was, but I think it was a Chevy Suburban. Kyle was familiar with all 4 of the vineyards that we picked (Stag's Leap, Caymus, V. Sattui, and Inglenook), and even knew some of the staff there and made some excellent wine recommendations. If Kyle wasn't there we would not have thought to try some dessert wines (which we usually do not like) that were really good.

What I signed up and paid for is not what we got Times kept Changing back-and-forth. Paid for a limo got a Lincoln navigator. Paid for a bottle of wine never got it. I would never uses to your company again! Buyer beware!!
