Excellent museum!!! We take the first hour for the tickets. Good tribute to the heroes and victims. We take two hours and a half for all exhibitions.

Have visited the memorial before but not the museum, would definitely recommend booking before going had a slot for 11.00am there were so many queuing, those with vouchers were being told that there was nothing left for that day. We booked with viator, the museum was well run, informative and very emotional. A definite must, the memorial is very moving and although there are lots of people around there seemed to be a quite hush. You require vaccine proof, would recommend downloading the NYC COVID Safe App where you download picture of vaccine certificate, Id and proof of covid test although only needed that at airport

A very sobering experience. But I would recommend this to everyone. It pays a beautiful tribute to those life’s lost. Very emotional.

Wow! What an experience! Well worth the price to go thru the entire Memorial Museum! Such memorabilia collected there! So much to see, with or without the Tour Guides! Great trip!

Amazing…. Schedule for earlier in day if you can. Museum closes at 5pm and booking last time slot (3:30) won’t give you enough time to see everything!
