It is so big and the hours don't allow a long visit. So plan ahead what you want to see and the rout.

It was confusing that we had to make a time reservation. That was not mentioned in trip advisor. The museum had a few part closed off which was disappointing. And it was fairly crowded.

Great moment! We buy online ours tickets, we quickly enter in the museum… my kids had the opportunity to know different things about the history in a good way.

It had been a long time since I have been to the Museum and I got a member's invitation to see the Shark Exhibition ahead of opening. It was a very interesting and in-depth look at sharks and their history. The exhibition explains how long sharks have been on the planet, the types of sharks that exist, their habitat and how they are endangered. It is a very detailed exhibition that I was surprised that so many little kids attended because there were things that were over my head. Some of the kids knew all the sharks. I was amazed. Still I got to see the Minerals & Gems room as well and that was interesting. I always love coming to the museum and walking around it.

The best, largest and most comprehensive museum I've ever visited. During the pandemic, only visitors who have been vaccinated are allowed to enter. It doesn't matter where the vaccination is done in any country as long as proof of vaccination is shown to the staff. it's better to buy admission tickets well in advance because the queues are very long even when the new museum is about to open. Entering this museum is like entering three or four different museums. When I arrived, the museum was also a mass vaccination location, but whether it was only for American citizens or foreign tourists, I don't really understand.

Great visit. Could spend all day touring the museum and not see everything. Exhibits ranging from Space to Gems to Dinosaurs to Anthropological Study. Planetarium show was great, Colors exhibit not so much. Even if you buy tickets to enter at a specific time, keep in mind you may have to wait awhile to queue prior to COVID vaccination and security checks. We arrived at our prescribed entry time but had to wait 20 mins to actually get in. Worth noting for others…otherwise a great visit.

We bought tickets online and were not warned that the ticket holders line was such that we would have waited at least 1.5 hours to get in. We want our money back.

Way too crowded and an 1 1/2 wait at 3:30 to get in, which would have only given us 1/2 in the the museum. I feel like we were misled. Such a bummer!
