The drive drove too fast. We were about 4minutes late coming out the hotel. At the airport he ask for a tip

Daughter and I attended work conference in Denver, CO and did not want to use airport shuttles - it was nice to have private transportation for just the two of us.

This was not completed! They were a no show! I called the morning before to confirm, all my correct information was there. I called that morning, they had my reservation, called local dispatch, they did not answer! I had to call an Uber just to get to the airport at 5AM!

I booked with a representative, she told me to call at 3am to confirm someone was coming. When I talked to the company the guy was rude and said because it wasn’t confirmed sooner(which I was never told to do), they would not be coming. He also rudely told me to request a refund and hung up. I will NEVER use Viator or any of their affiliates!

My pickup was scheduled for 6:30am and was confirmed multiple times. The driver was a no-show. By the time dispatch finally connected with him at 6:45, I was informed he was running late and could "probably be there in 20 minutes or so." Not ok. I understand running late, but it's your responsibility to let me know so I can make alternative arrangements to catch a flight in-time.

The driver was on time. The car seat that was requested was not there. So, I wasn't happy about that.

All went well. I was relieved as this was a first trip and I am nonvisual. Trip route from airport to hotel was confusing for driver. The GPS took him to an address other than we gave him. After a call to the hotel, all went well. Return trip was uneventful. Both times the drivers worked well with us. Our incoming plane was late, but he found us. WHen it was time to leave for return trip, the driver was prompt. Both drivers are people persons and a pleasure to be with.

It isn't too bad to book this! The only thing viator needs to include is the airport fee or otherwise you have to fork over an extra $15 at the airport for the fee! Other than that the driver was really nice and talkative! He was also on time!
