Safe driver, could work a ittle more on customer service. Other passenger accidentally gave him too much money for tip, he was honest and returned funds.

Usually one doesn't expect further than a fair fare when picking an airport ride, but this worth every dollar: helpful, always checking my flight status so he ciuld be available after a 7-hour delay, and never lost his smile. 5 out of 5.

The most professional and cordial driver “Chris” picked me up where we’d agreed and gave me a perfect combo tour/transfer from O’Hare to my hotel. Some points of interest, some inquiries as to where I’d flown in from. He was courteous and professional so I readily booked a return transfer back to O’Hare.

We booked the luxury transfer from ORD, presented a picture of a Mercedes Benz. We got a tired Chevy Suburban and the car class "Business sedan". The driver, Mr. Sbai was very nice.
