This was my first time using Wheelz and I was very happy. No issues what so ever- everything was perfect. Highly recommend them and Harold-he is the best. So informative and provided great customer service.

Our driver was waiting downstairs by baggage claim holding a sign with our name just as advertised. One of the best transfers we have ever had. Our driver was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Our return transfer was just as easy and smoothly. Our driver was waiting down stairs waiting on us even though we moved our pick up time an hourly earlier that morning.

I don’t know whose fault it was, but somehow our reservation didn’t get into their system. They went out of their way to solve the issue and we had a better trip to Niagara-on-the Lake (via the Falls) than we might have had otherwise. Harold came in on his day off and we got to NOTL beautifully. I’m assuming the trip back will be the same.

From the moment the transfer was booked - until we returned to Buffalo Airport, everything worked like a charm. The booking process with Steve, the great arrival-guide received well in advance, the greeting at arrival, the pick-up again from the hotel and the timely drop-off again at Buffalo. Excellent service, clean car, very friendly drivers. What more would you want ? HIGHLY recommended!

As we did not want to rent a car and deal with traffic, this made our lives easier. Harold was our driver in both directions and we couldn't have been more pleased. As it was our first introduction to the area he made a point of bringing us to the Falls via the Niagara Parkway, very lovely. Pick up and drop off were prompt and on time.

We used this service from the Buffalo airport to our hotel in Niagara Falls Canada and our return trip. The pick-ups were timely and the drivers were very friendly. The vehicles were clean and comfortable for our party of six. Would definitely use again!
