It was good in the fact that William, the tour guide was informative, knowledgeable, and entertaining. However, I was disappointed that we did not go into any buildings.

Amazing tour with our guide Patrick! He was extremely knowledgeable of the restored area and a fantastic story teller. The ambiance of the restored area at night combined with his story telling skills made for one spooky night! Definitely recommend for anyone interested in ghost tour.

William was a fantastic tour guide! He’s lived here his whole life and has wonderful childhood stories that feed into the history and stories of the town **there was no underground tunnels, hospital or suicide hall on this tour**

Patrick was fabulous! So engaging, great stories and extensive knowledge of history. I believe I actually photographed a ghost which intrigued him as well as our entire group. A definite highlight of the tour!

Matt was an awesome guide! It was late (10 pm), cold and raining. But we still had an amazing experience. I highly recommend this one. We did the William & Mary add on and it was so worth it. The right mix of history and ghost stories.
