    My wife and I had an amazing time with Mike and Sean doing a late night paranormal investigation of the Savannah Theatre. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and we encountered extensive activity throughout the night. Some of the highlights include a shadow person, a door opening and closing, the sound of a hand scratching across a door 3 times, and the sprits of Ben, Betty, Bill, and more. The building is clearly haunted, and the tour is exciting, fun, and engaging. We've done tours and investigations in many haunted places and we must say, this has been our favorite of them all. If you want an authentic paranormal investigation, with great equipment, and real paranormal activity, this is it.

    The investigation was definitely a unique experience not to be missed when visiting Savannah. This tour would not typically be on my list of to-dos but my 18 y/o daughters were all about it. Although I was a bit spooked for some of the investigation, I was very impressed with our team of experts and the experience as a whole! Definitely worth your time and money! When we return to Savannah, we will definitely book one of their other investigation experiences!

    Our investigation at the Savannah Theater was the highlight of our trip to Savannah. It was an incredible, intense and exciting three-hour experience led by experienced and knowledgeable investigators. Mike and John took a measured, objective and scientific approach to examining the unknown. Well worth the trip to Savannah. We look forward to doing it again!

    Micah and Josh were awesome awesome guides. Super helpful, great explanations and stories of their own experiences. I was spooked going in but had a great night exploring the theater, and definitely experienced some spiritual instances. Highly recommend! Don’t think you’ll ever have the opportunity to handle so many types of ghost hunting equipment at so low of a price. Thanks again!

    This was such and interesting investigation full of signs of the paranormal. The guides were helpful, using equipment we would never have access to was great. I would do this again.

    This was a great time! They were professional, full of info. We were able to use their equipment and they explained everything. This place is haunted, so expect to have an experience.

    Very interesting tour of a Savannah landmark. Micah was an excellent guide. Unfortunately, I had to leave early due to not feeling well but, the time I spent there, was well worth it. Highly recommend to all.
