We'll walk from the French Market through the West Loop and Restaurant Row, giving you an overview of the many famous Chicago landmarks and restaurants along the way.

Stop At: Sawada Coffee, 112 N Green St, Chicago, IL 60607, USA

Here we'll sample some of their amazing donuts from their partner, Doughnut Vault. They also have coffee by renowned Japanese latte artist and coffee enthusiast, Hiroshi Sawada.

Stop At: Do-Rite Donuts & Chicken, 181 N Morgan St, Chicago, IL 60607, USA

At Do-Rite Donuts, we'll sample some of their amazing, rotating flavors. If you're feeling so inclined, they also have an amazing fried chicken sandwich you can try post-tour. It's phenomenal!

And finally, we'll finish at Bombobar. Bombobar is one of our favorite donut shops in the entire city. Here - we'll try what makes them famous, their Italian style donuts or bombolone. You're going to love it!

Jackson is a stand-up guy. Donuts were yum, tour was fun and informative. In fact, Jackson puts the fun in fun facts. The route was scenic and very doable with plenty of chances for bathroom breaks/rest stops. The tour ends near the mag mile and is super close to Starbucks reserve which is worth checking out!

So MUCH FUN!! Please request Mike with the Moustache as your guide! Ask for the story about the farm animal and the Chicago Cubs! We had a blast walking around the Loop and getting 4 different types of donuts from wonderful shops! Mike made the time fly by keeping us with smiles from ear to ear. He has so much information to share and is an absolute delight! I highly recommend you spend a few hours with Mike and enjoy some sweetness!

Mike with moustache was full of knowledge. he talked about Chicago history as if he were the mayor. My sister and I tasted four donuts our favorite one was purple. Also ask Mike the moustache about Murphy the goat. Best activity in Chicago.

Good tour, we were late and the tour guide (her name escapes me right now) called and let us know where to meet the group and even brought the donuts from the place we missed.

Fun walking tour! We took the south loop tour. Mike was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable about the area and the donut shops we visited. Just the right amount of donuts.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time on this donut tour with our tour guide Mike! Mike is incredibly knowledgeable about Chicago and has an amazing personality! He made sure to get to know everyone on the tour; when he learned that we were attending a screening of the film The Dark Knight, he actually remembered that detail over an hour later and pointed out part of the L which was used for filming both that movie and Batman Begins! Mike is also a genuinely kind person. On the third stop of our tour, we had passed a homeless person. When Mike came back from buying the donuts and some bottled water for us, I saw him give one of the waters to the gentleman. Mike didn’t make a production out of it, he simply did it out of the kindness of his heart. The donuts were, simply put, a-mazing! Mike would select the donuts, with the exception of the last stop on our tour where everyone got to pick their own. The second donut we tried was a matcha donut with chocolate and caramel sauce drizzled on top. My fiancé and I agreed that if that hadn’t been selected for us, we otherwise may not have tried it. But we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was! We will absolutely do this tour again the next time we visit Chicago, and we will be sure to request Mike as our tour guide!

This was a very relaxed, small group walking experience. Our guide, Michael was courteous, relaxed, knowledgeable, and generous. The donut sampling was sufficient and quite satisfactory- diverse flavors, styles, and tasty.

My mom and I went on the Underground Donut Tour on our last day in Chicago, and it was a wonderful way to finish our trip. All through the week we saw a few of the donut shops that we figured would be on the tour and had to pace ourselves so the tour wouldn't be spoiled. I saw other reviewers say they didn't like the fact that we didn't individually choose the flavors of donuts, but Nick, the tour guide, was very upfront about letting him know about any food allergies or intolerances. I tasted donuts that I never would have thought to try, and sometimes people need that push to try new things. The walking was not intense even though the city itself is massive. We got little spiels and jokes along the way that wasn't intense or forced. We had to leave before we got to the last stop because we had a train to catch, but every other stop was really interesting.

Our guide Mike was awesome! He was extremely funny and charming. The doughnuts were top notch and Mike's coffee suggestions were great. 5/5 forks
