Sarah was our guide and she was absolutely amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable in the history of Salem, not only about the Witch Trials but as well as the rich Maritime history of the town. My fiancé wanted to read more about the Witch Trials, Sarah was kind enough to recommend a book which we ended up purchasing at one of the local stores on Essex St. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

Great experience. I loved that this tour was based on the history of Salem and not “ghost stories”. Our guide was an engaging story teller. My teen said it was one of her favorite activities on the trip.

one of the best tours you can do in Salem. Sarah was great and also recommended restaurants along the way and what museums were worth skipping and which were worth doing instead.

Sarah is an incredible tour guide and probably the most knowledgeable, personable, and thorough guide of any tour I've ever been on. This one is terrific if really want the history and not just spooky fiction.

Fantastic walking tour! My wife and I greatly enjoyed the experience. Sarah, our guide, was phenomenal! We enjoyed the rich history that Salem had to offer. Would recommend this tour along with Sarah as their guide to anyone!

Great lesson on the witch trials! Our guide Jeff was super knowledgeable and fun. I really loved that this wasn’t a made-up, ghost tour but was history. Highly recommend.

Jeff was an amazing tour guide! You can tell how much love and knowledge he has for Salem and it’s history. Out of all the tours we’ve taken, this was our favorite and we’d go again with no hesitation.

Salem, despite the historical presence, is a kitschy touristy area. I knew this going in, so I had very few expectations of our visit. That changed the minute Kristin started the Bewitched After Dark tour. She was incredibly knowledgeable (she also has a Masters in history), passionate, and so easy to follow around for 2 hours learning about a grave period in American history. I enjoyed her tour and learned so much that I made a follow-up visit to Salem a couple of weeks later for more exploration. Thanks for shedding a light on a much darker time and doing so with grace.
