I booked this trip as I am travelling alone and wanted to see the sights of this amazing city. I caught the train from Morristown NJ into Penn Station and walked yes walked to where the pick up place was. I was running late and a little lost. So a phone call to the company Victor put me through to my/our tour guide Dina who met me across the street so close lol Wow what a fantastic tour guide Dina!! Full of some amazing facts about this city from the beginning to the now. Friendly happy even though she had a cold. Very happy to take photos of me in front of some of the places we visited. John the bus driver was great too. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the sights and learn the history of New York

Took a friend on her first NYC trip. Decided to try this tour.....the guide was fine.... the trip was fine. I would skip the Staton Island ferry. All in all it was an average tour with a little too much embellishment. I explained to my friend more about the city. I’m not sure why tour guides feel it necessary to talk more about the cost of real estate rather than the history. All in all an ok tour for the price.

We took this tour in June 2019 on our first day in New York, and more or less had the same experience as PJSmith did in his review on 7 May 2019. The Tour point didn't exist, 2 other On Board customers approached us and advised us where we needed to be. Likewise to PJSmith we were given a ferry ticket and left to make our own way to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. On our return from the ferry we went to number 1 Broadway as instructed by Jeff the tour guide to find all 3 telephone numbers he had given us to get a courtesy taxi, paid for by On Board tours, were out of service numbers. So we were left stranded in a strange city. Eventually we found the subway to return to our hotel at our own expense.

We took a bus tour with Jeff on May 20, 2019. He was an awesome tour guide. He was very interesting and funny! He had a lot of stories and jokes! I really liked when he brought us too the 9/11 memorial. He had personal stories and made it a heart felt moment. I'd highly recommend this tour to everyone and tell them to ask for Jeff!

We enjoyed the tour. We found the meeting place easily and Jeff and Johnny were great as our tour guide and driver. An excellent way to get an overview of the city; the bus was clean and warm (it was a very cold day - unusually cold for May) and Johnny kept the heater cranked for us. We found the tour excellent and would highly recommend. Thanks Jeff and Johnny!!

I booked the Premium see it all tour fir ne and mg oartner for last Thursday 2nd May 2019. 1. Tour starting point does not exist, luckily one of the Reps from the hop on hop off bus tours who are stood in the street selling their tours knew where this tour started from as the Rendezvous Restaurant has not existed for years. 2. When the guide eventually turned up we were told that our tour, that should start at 9.30 am would not start until 10am, in the bus with the cheaper tour and that after 2pm we would be just dropped off at Battery Park to do the Statue of Liberty part of our tour on our own and the bus would carry on without us as to continue on the cheaper tour that we had been agged on to. A BIG concern was they dropped and elderly couple off on their own to do the same. 3. We were told that when we returned to Battery Park there would be no bus, no continued tour or a tour guide so we must make our own way to No1 Broadway and call the office who would arrange a Taxi for us, we were not given a number just told i its the one on the website for the office. The call was also at out cost. 4. I called the office who said the Taxi would be with us in 8 minutes. 30 MINUTES WENT BY AND NO TAXI. I called again and got an answer machine so I left a message. 10 more minutes past and no call back to me. I called again and this time got through to a person who seemed to on a mobile and driving so im guessing on their way home as it was now late afternoon. They said they would try and arrange another taxi. I told them not to bother as the whole way we had been treated was disgusting and I would get the subway myself, the person just said ok, sorry about that ????? I paid a lot of money for a Premium 1 day tour and got a totally disgusting 3 quarters of a day tour and more costs that I had to pay out of my own pocket. So think twice everyone

The tour started at 10.30am instead of 9.30am. In the common pickup point there is no sign board or any indication. The guide came around 10am. Eventhough we are given NYC Guided tours we were engaged by onboard tours. The Guide David is ok. All itenaries were coveredup in a hurry. Viator tours never goes like this.

This tour was a great way to spend a day and see a bunch of the most famous sights in New York City. Our tour guide was one of the best that you will ever be able to find in NYC. Jimmy the guide and Vlad the driver were a great pair, and we can’t forget about Reggie the chicken! Definitely the right way to go when it comes to a fun day in the city. All in all, not bad of a guy.....for a Yankees fan! Go Sox!

The tour guide was very good. We were a small group and was more personal. The only problem was that we didn't get to stop at Liberty State Park.
