What a beautiful boat! I took this cruise with 8 members of my family, 2 of which are in their late 70s, and the crew (especially Fathom, Diane, and Mike) were so accommodating! They let us sit in the cockpit which had the only seating with back rests, and gave my mom and aunt an umbrella as the sails went up, so the water from the previous day's rain wouldn't hit them. Beer and wine was provided on board for $5 (a major bonus, as we forgot to bring our own), but I suggest drinking at your own discretion, as restroom trips below can leave you feeling a bit nauseous, depending on how far into the sea you are in your trip. My aunt felt nauseous after using the restroom, but Fathom gave her smelling oils and a seasick bracelet that made her feel much better! I should also mention it was a colder day following a day of rain, so I'm sure on a sunny day, the sea will be a lot calmer. Either way, it was still very enjoyable, we had a great time, and saw many beautiful dolphin pods. I look forward to going on this cruise again, and will definitely recommend it to a friend! Thanks to the Captain and crew for a great time!

Didn’t get to see any marine life, but the vessel was beautiful, the entire staff was amazing, and it was a stunning day on the open ocean. I highly recommend and will certainly do it again!

The weather was amazing. The crew and Captain were knowledgeable. We saw dolphins and tracked a whale for over an hour. We got many pictures and great video. The trip really exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our 35th wedding anniversary.

Ocean Air / Ocean Life / Pacific Ocean. An astounding experience to sail on this majestic sailboat. So smooth and yet you feel the connection between the Ocean and the America sail boat. The exquisite crew was very firm and professional in their approach to ensure our comfort and safety. Thank you.

The crew and captain worked hard to make sure we all were comfortable, had fun, learned a bit, and most importantly saw a whale and a pod of dolphins. Watching the sails go up and down on this awesome replica is like stepping back in time.

A wonderful time was had by all. At first I was afraid we were not going to see any whales or dolphins, but we did see a young gray whale and a small part of dolphins. It was exciting to see the whale but he was all by himself today. Very nice captain and it was otherwise an all girls crew who did the grunt work. Had snacks and drinks on board and a lot of explanation of the different things that we were seeing as well as information about whales in the area. A little bitof a sightseeing involved. It was a trip that I had booked over a year ago and had to cancel during Covid I was very glad that we got to go on it. The day had a little bit of an overcast or maybe slight fog? It was smooth sailing. I would do it again. Thank you Fathom and crew.

Everyone was super friendly and very professional. Definitely would recommend. Dog friendly! It is cold out in the ocean so dress appropriately during the winter months.

Super fun and very friendly crew. The Captain’s dog Marie was so cute and a fun addition to the cruise. We saw grey whales, sea lions, and dolphins!
