KELIIâ€™S KAYAK and HIKE MAUI have teamed up to offer a day tour that gives you an incredible land and sea experience. Your adventure starts with a morning kayaking tour along Mauiâ€™s beautiful Makena Bay known for its calm, clear waters, magnificent reefs and of course, the popular Turtle Town. We stop to snorkel at some of our favorite snorkeling spots where you will view a variety of marine life including Hawaiian Green Sea turtles. Once off the ocean, your Hike Guide will transport you to Twin Falls and lunch.

Paddling distance is approximately 2 miles plus 2.5 mile hike on level terrain. Snorkel time is approximately 45 minutes.

Tyler took care of us today with checking off a bucket list item. We met at 7 and prepped to head out. From the onset, Tyler took care of every guest. He gave us dry bags to keep our valuables in, and checked every bag to make sure they sealed correctly. It's a little detail, but our whole experience today was filled with making sure the little details weren't overlooked. We padded out and the conditions were perfect. After a short paddle, we reached our snorkel location. Just wow... there were no less than 8 turtles! Once we got ready to leave, Tyler was there again to make sure we were able to get into the kayaks (not the easiest feat, but he made it easier) and get moving again. My wife was anxious about snorkeling after a few iffy experiences. Tyler took the time after everyone else was in the water to walk her through a few tips for her mask and snorkel and she set her apprehensions aside and had a great time! It was seriously an amazing experience from beginning to end. We'll definitely be back on the water with Kelii's when we come back to Maui.

The guides with Hike Maui were Awesome, and the kayak and snorkeling guide was top notch!! We had a great time, saw turtles, dolphins, and alot if fish!! The guides hiking, did an awesome job too, telling us everything that's was in the rainforest!! Plants that were edible, flowers, fruits, and of course several waterfalls, Great job guys!!

I hadn’t snorkeled in years and was very nervous. Jeremiah was very patient and kind. He helped me on and off the kayak, got me in the water and gave good instructions. Minutes later I was swimming with the turtles. I never could have done this without his help! The whole group had a great time. I would highly recommend this tour.

Overall comment is that both the kayak ride and the hike were on the short side. Would have enjoyed longer. Unusual event happened after the hike, a rapidly spreading brush fire prevented our hike guide and driver Eddie from getting us back to our cars as the roads were closed. He really went above and beyond by delivering us all to our hotels/time shares. Had to go the next day by bus the long journey to collect the car, but without Eddie we would have been stranded.

The kayak guide, Jeremiah, was gruff and liked to talk too much about himself. The hiking portion of the tour can be done yourself for free. Definately a waste of time and money.

The waterfall hike was fabulous. Dawn provided a lot of detail about local plants, history, and showed us some amazing spots. A great time was had by all!

Viator was a problem; the tour was good. We did not know where we were going and did not know what to bring. The hike ends with a walk through a knee-deep stream with a rocky bottom. We did not know what footwear to bring and cut our feet.
Do not use Viator. Contact the activity provider.

The waterfall hike was fabulous! Definitely recommend it. Our guide, Ashley, from Hike Maui was great! The kayaking was a lot of fun also. It's a great way to see all the wonderful things Maui has to offer! It's an exhausting day, but it was also one of our best days there!
